• If you’ve sent us your own frames, we first wait for them to arrive and give them a thorough inspection.

– We Craft & Pack Your Glasses

• Single-Vision & Reader Lenses (in stock): Often polished, fitted, and packed same day.

• Progressive & Bifocal Lenses: Require extra precision—allow 2–3 days for crafting and quality checks.

• Every pair ships tucked inside a hard case, plus you get a microfiber cloth and anti-fog wipe.

– Shipping & Tracking

• Our carrier picks up packages 1–2 business days after packing.

• You’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your glasses’ journey.

– Delivery Timelines

• In-Stock Frames + Single-Vision/Reader Lenses: ~3 business days (1 day processing + 2 days transit)

• Frames + Progressive/Bifocal Lenses: ~5–7 business days (2–3 days processing + 2–4 days transit)
