- Single-Vision & Reader Orders: Place by 2 PM ET and in-stock items ship same day!
- Standard In-Stock Orders: Arrive in about 3 business days.
- Progressive & Bifocal Orders: Take around 5-7 business days.
- Bring Your Own Frames: Usually 4-7 business days after your frames pass inspection.
- Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping reduces delivery time from the standard 3-4 business days to 2 business days after your order has been processed.Please note: expedited shipping does not shorten processing time. All standard processing times still apply before your order ships.
How it all works!
- Order by 2 PM ET on a weekday, and we jump on it right away.
- Check your inbox for an order confirmation and estimated delivery window.
- We verify your prescription and make sure your frames and lenses match perfectly.
- If you’ve sent us your own frames, we first wait for them to arrive and give them a thorough inspection.
- Single-Vision & Reader Lenses (in stock): Often polished, fitted, and packed same day.
- Progressive & Bifocal Lenses: Require extra precision – allow 2-3 days for crafting and quality checks.
- Every pair ships tucked inside a hard case, plus you get a microfiber cloth and anti-fog wipe.
- Our carrier picks up packages 1-2 business days after packing.
- You’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your glasses’ journey.
- In-Stock Frames + Single-Vision/Reader Lenses: ~3 business days (1 day processing + 2 days transit)
- Frames + Progressive/Bifocal Lenses: ~5-7 business days (2-3 days processing + 2-4 days transit)
- Bring Your Own Frames: ~4-7 business days after your frames clear inspection
- If we hit delays – late frame arrivals, extra adjustments, or lens backorders – we’ll let you know ASAP.
