- Prescription Accuracy: You certify that you have a valid, non-expired prescription from a licensed eye care professional. We rely on the accuracy of the prescription information you provide.
2. Ordering and Payment
- Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
- Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure accuracy but are not responsible for typographical errors.
- Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.
3. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping: We currently offer flat-rate shipping. Additional shipping options may be introduced in the future.
- International Shipping: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applicable to international shipments.
4. Returns and Exchanges
- 365-Day Frame Warranty: We offer a one-time frame replacement within 365 days for defects in materials or craftsmanship. This warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or lack of maintenance.
- Lens Replacement Policy:
- Single Vision Lenses: Eligible for a one-time replacement if defects in materials or workmanship are found.
- Progressive and Bifocal Lenses: Eligible for a one-time replacement for defects but are non-refundable due to customization.
- 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (Frames Only): Within 30 days of receipt, you may exchange frames for another pair of equal or lesser value. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. This policy does not apply to lenses.
5. Bring Your Own Frame (BYOF) Service
- Customer-Provided Frames: By using our BYOF service, you acknowledge that you are providing your own frames for lens installation or related services. These frames are submitted at your own risk.
- Assumption of Risk: You assume all risk of loss, damage, or breakage to your frames during shipping, handling, inspection, lens installation, and return delivery.
- No Guarantee of Fit or Condition: We do not guarantee compatibility of your frames with chosen lenses or prescriptions. Any adjustments or modifications are performed at your request and risk.
- Limited Liability for Damages: We are not liable for any damage to your frames from any cause. At our discretion, we may offer reimbursement up to $250 in store credit. This is your sole remedy, and you release us from all other liabilities.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Disclaimer: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.
7. Intellectual Property
- Ownership: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or that of our content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- Use: You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our content without express written permission.
8. Privacy
- Data Collection: We collect personal information necessary to process your orders and improve our services.
- Use of Information: Any information collected, such as email addresses or phone numbers, is used solely to facilitate the order process. Customers will have the option to opt out of promotional messages in the messages themselves. Additionally, you may opt out by emailing info@framefiesta.com with the subject “opt-out” and including your email and/or phone number.

- Modifications: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Text Messaging Service
- Consent: By providing your mobile phone number and opting in at checkout or another sign-up form, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Frame Fiesta related to your orders, appointments, and prescriptions.
- Transactional Only: We do not send marketing or promotional SMS. Messages are limited to order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, appointment reminders, and prescription pickup notifications.
- Frequency & Rates: Message frequency varies based on your order activity. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also opt out by contacting info@framefiesta.com.
- No Sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
- Not a Condition of Purchase: Consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase any goods or services from Frame Fiesta.
