Marie Claire eyewear takes its name from Marie Claire, the French fashion magazine founded in 1937. We carry the 6254, 6281, 6287, 6311 and MC6344, mostly in tortoise: purple, pink, burgundy, red, green, gold, aqua and light tortoise, plus black with silver, and mauve.
The shapes range from clean rectangles to soft cat-eyes, all in plastic.

What size are Marie Claire frames?
Most measure 56 mm across each lens with a 15 to 18 mm bridge, a roomier fit. The MC6344 is narrower, at 53 mm. Each frame page lists its size as three numbers, like 56-17-145: lens width, bridge and arm length in millimeters.
Can I get my prescription in them?
Yes. Every Marie Claire frame takes single vision, progressive or bifocal lenses.
What comes with the lenses?
Anti-reflective coating, polycarbonate, scratch resistance and UV protection are included in the lens price.
